1. Are they a “registered” process server?

2. Do they have insurance?

3. How long have they been a process server?

4. Do they belong to any associations?

5. Do they have a business license?

6. Do they have an office?

7. You get what you pay for! Cheap is not always the best!

8. Trust your feelings. If they sound suspicious, they are!
